The purpose of the “home inspection” is to better acquaint you with the condition of the property and better prepare you for your decision-making process. The entire time at the inspection is dedicated to the property and you, the buyer. Additional focus and time are allocated to the property by the inspector in generating your detailed professional inspection report at our office.

Many photos are taken throughout the inspection. Photos a provide evidence for further discussion with a seller or service repair specialist. All the photos will be sent in an email.

After the on-site inspection is complete, the report is prepared back at the office. You will receive a report which contains a clear description of our observations, an analysis of the condition of each section of the home. The inspection report is completed within twenty-four hours. After you review your report, please feel free to call with any questions or concerns you may have

Since I am a registered professional home inspector, all my detailed inspections and written reports are in accordance with Massachusetts Board of Registration of Home Inspectors.
