Home Buyer Inspection
Buying a home is one of the most important transaction you will be making in your life and a home buyer inspection is recommended before you sign the papers. A home buyer inspection could reveal small problems such as plumbing issues or larger problems like structural or foundation issues that weren’t included in the seller’s disclosure. We will help you protect your most valuable investment.
After a home inspection, you can rest easy because you have an insight onto any repairs that will be needed in the future. During a buyer home inspection we are incredibly thorough and will make sure you know of any repairs that are needed in the future. Even in the case where a seller offers you a report of the pre-listing inspection, you should still get a home buying inspection from a licensed & trusted home inspector.
What we Inspect:
Our home buyer inspections give you a non-invasive survey of the property and the home. Though we go over every inch and detail of the home, here are a few key aspects of what we will look at:
- Garages, foundations, & footings
- Porches, decks, & patios
- Gutters, downspouts, & drainage systems
- Foundation & structure
- All electrical panels & wiring
- All plumbing systems & pipes
- Cooling & heating systems
- Walls, ceilings, doors, floors, windows, & stairs
- & more!
What to Expect from the Report:
If you, the home buyer, wants to attend the home inspection then you will get a first hand look at everything we inspect throughout our process. We can also explain to you anything that we think you should know of/point it out.
After the home inspection is completed, you will receive a report that is unbiased and a list of what is in good condition and what are things you need to replace or be aware of. The report will have comments and recommendations from the findings. If you have any questions or concerns following getting the report, your home inspection can also go through these with you.
